JD Enclave

Our most prized creation of all times, JD Enclave is our exemplary project that shows the tenacity of the Delvin Infrastructures team. The project started a year before the pandemic hit and a lot of things were put on hold for that period because of the circumstances that the world was in. However, our employees and supervisors were taken care of through the period. But the biggest strike came when our Founder and MD succumbed to a stressed-out heart and the whole organisation was shook from the blow. The project was on hold till the time his family and partners of the company reeled from this shock. Then his Wife and Daughter, who’re also partners of the organisation, Michelle and Diana Sequeira soon took charge of the project and brought it to life within a year after the pandemic.

The project has been held in high regards by all the buyers and is already providing them great returns on their investments and also giving them an excellent living space.
